The Red Bull RB5 is a Formula One racing car designed by Red Bull Racing for the 2009 Formula One season. It was driven by Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber. The car was notable for its aerodynamic design, featuring a 'shark fin' engine cover and a raised nose. The RB5 was powered by a Renault V8 engine and had a distinctive matte black and red livery. The car was highly successful, winning six races and securing second place in the Constructors' Championship. Vettel also won his first World Championship with the RB5, becoming the youngest-ever Formula One World Champion at the age of 23. The RB5 was succeeded by the Red Bull RB6 in the 2010 season.
